Meet six wines from the collection below.
2019 Penfolds Bin 15 Riesling
Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling captures many of the attributes of Eden Valley. The region’s high altitude and cool climate induces Riesling with great finesse. The wines possess focused apple/lime aromas, with a mineral edge and marked natural acidity, contributing significantly to the palate texture and flavour.
2018 Penfolds Bin A Chardonnay
Reserve Bin A Chardonnay has evolved into a wine that is now a distinctive, single-region style in its own right, with a contemporary and expressive Adelaide Hills chardonnay persona. White stone fruit flavours with hints of citrus and pear.
2019 Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay
Elegant, subtle and charming, with fruit sourced from Tasmania, Piccadilly and Henty for an enlightened blend with an enchanting palate and a rich structure. Elegant and ethereal in its lightness, and may well compete with Penfolds' beloved 2005 Bin 311 vintage.
2018 Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz
Often referred to as “Baby Grange”. Fresh and fleshy, distinctly polished and refined, combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz, with its balance of fruit and oak.
2019 Penfolds RWT Shiraz
Balanced Barossa shiraz at the highest quality level, matured only in French oak. Its style is opulent and fleshy, contrasting with Grange, which is more muscular and assertive. Freshly sliced panforte on the nose - date, fig, with dried and fresh blue fruits, saturated with berry flavours and liquorice amongst cedar French oak.
2017 Penfolds St Henri Shiraz
A sparing use of cabernet for structure, the St Henri maintains shiraz as its focal point. Rich and plush at youth, and as it ages developing soft, earthy, mocha-like characters. Both a time-honoured and alternative expression of shiraz.
